Terms of service

The service

Scenella turns listing photos into video. You give us a listing link or a set of photos; we return video in landscape and vertical formats, plus the share page and captions described on the pricing page.

Scenella is a service operated by Granviex LLC ("Scenella", "we", "us"). We turn the listing photos and listing links you provide into video, still images, captions, a written description and a share page (the "Listing Kit"). These terms apply whenever you create an account, import a listing or use any part of the service at scenella.com or in the Scenella app. If you use Scenella on behalf of a brokerage, team or other organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" then means that organization as well as you personally.

Your account

You need an account to render a video. You are responsible for who has access to it and for the accuracy of the listing information you submit.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity that happens under your account, whether or not you personally performed it. Tell us right away at hello@scenella.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including the acceptable use rules below, that is used fraudulently, or that we reasonably believe puts other users, a listed property or Scenella at risk. Where practical we will email you before suspending an active paid account so you can respond; we do not owe a warning where the risk is immediate. You may close your account at any time from your account settings; closing it does not entitle you to a refund beyond what the payment and credits section and the refund policy already provide.

Your videos and license

The video is yours. Download it, post it, put it in the MLS, hand it to the seller. There is no Scenella watermark on paid plans. A trial video carries a Made with Scenella mark until you pay, and paying removes it. If the payment that ends a trial is refunded or disputed, the video keeps the mark. We keep the right to show a video publicly only if you tell us we can. Downloading your videos requires an active pack or plan, or a trial video that carries the mark. If we revoke a trial for misuse, you can no longer download its marked video. You can always watch and share the free tour.

The videos, stills, captions and description Scenella renders for your listing belong to you. You may download them, publish them, submit them to the MLS or hand them to any party connected to the listing, without further permission from us and, on paid plans, without a Scenella watermark. A trial video carries a Made with Scenella mark until you pay, and paying removes it. If the payment that ends a trial is refunded or disputed, the video keeps the mark.

To render and store your videos we need a license from you: you grant Scenella a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce and display the photos you provide and the outputs we generate from them, solely to operate the service for you and to keep the required backups. This license ends when you delete the listing or close your account, except for backup copies we are required to retain for a limited period and any copy needed to resolve a dispute.

We do not use your videos or photos to promote Scenella — in marketing, on our website, in a portfolio or anywhere else — unless you separately give us permission to do so. Where you do, we will tell you where and how it will be used before you agree.

Downloading your videos requires an active pack or plan, or a trial video that carries the mark. If we revoke a trial for misuse, you can no longer download its marked video. You can always watch and share the free tour.

Photos you upload

Sie stellen Scenella von den angemessenen Kosten und Schäden frei, die aus Ansprüchen entstehen, die darauf gestützt werden, dass ein von Ihnen eingereichtes Foto Rechte Dritter verletzt, es sei denn, die Ansprüche beruhen auf einem Fehler in der Art, wie Scenella selbst das Foto verarbeitet hat.

AI-enhanced media

Every video carries a visible AI-enhanced label, the original photos stay archived and downloadable, and the enhancements used are listed. We never change the structure of a home or hide damage. The full list is in the AI disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

Wenn Sie ein Scenella-Video oder -Foto veröffentlichen, sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, die Offenlegungsregeln des MLS, des Portals oder der Rechtsordnung einzuhalten, in der es erscheint — manche verlangen zusätzlich zu unserem einen eigenen KI- oder Homestaging-Hinweis. Example videos on this site

The videos and images shown as examples on scenella.com are demonstrations of what the service produces. They are not offers to sell or rent any property, and the names, places, prices and figures shown with them are fictional.

The example videos, stills and captions on our website were made with Scenella from test material to show how the service works. They are not listings. No property shown is offered for sale or rent through Scenella, and the place names, prices, room counts and other details shown beside them are invented and do not describe any real property, seller or agent. Where a test photo comes from a third party, the address, price and any agent or brokerage details have been removed from the example. If you are a photographer, agent, brokerage or owner and believe an example includes material you hold rights to, email hello@scenella.com with the page link and the photo or scene; we remove it promptly, normally within two business days, while we look into it. Examples are provided for information only and are not a representation about any property or about the result you will get for your own listing.

Payment, trials and credits

One listing is one credit: one property, both formats, for twelve months. Every paid video includes 5 scene regenerations, whether you redo a scene, change its camera move or swap its photo; the trial video includes 3. Past that, a full re-render uses 1 credit. Reordering or removing scenes and changing titles, style or music reuse your existing clips and do not count as regenerations: 20 such updates per paid listing, 4 per trial listing. Packs last twelve months; monthly credits roll over while you are subscribed. You can cancel any time from your account and you keep what you paid for. If a video fails to render, the credit comes back. Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the full price until you cancel. Unused credits roll over while your plan is active and stay usable until the end of the paid period after you cancel.

Trial. A trial lasts until the date and time shown at checkout. During the trial you can create one video and you are not charged. The video carries a Made with Scenella mark. You must give a payment card to start a trial.

Trial length. A trial lasts 7 days and ends at 23:59 your local time on day 7.

One trial per person. We use the fingerprint of your card and other signals to prevent repeat trials, and we may revoke a repeat trial.

Automatic renewal. When the trial ends, or when you choose Start my plan now, we charge the plan you selected, and it renews every month or every year at the price shown, plus any tax not already included in that price, until you cancel. We send you a reminder at least 2 days before the first charge.

Cancel. You can cancel online at any time in the app. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. If you cancel later, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Your trial video counts as the first video of your plan. After you pay, we re-render it without the mark.

Videos from a trial that does not convert stay available for 180 days from publishing, then are deleted.

Extension. If your trial video fails to render or is not ready within 6 hours, we add 48 hours to your trial, once, and we email you.

EUR and GBP prices are final; no VAT is added at checkout. For USD and CAD prices, where sales tax applies, it is added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access to credits and listings you already paid for through the plan's normal expiry. If a render fails, the credit it would have used is returned to your account the same day. Requests for money back are governed by the refund policy. Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the full price until you cancel. Unused credits roll over while your plan is active and stay usable until the end of the paid period after you cancel.

Acceptable use

Do not use Scenella to misrepresent a property, to render photos you have no right to, or to resell the service outside the Studio plan.

You agree not to use Scenella to misrepresent a property; to render photos, listing data or other content you do not have the right to use; to resell or offer the service to others outside what your plan permits, where bulk and client use are part of the Studio plan; to attempt to bypass the AI-enhanced label, the credit system or usage limits; or to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that scrapes or disrupts the service. If we find a violation, we may remove the affected content, suspend the account, or terminate it for serious or repeated violations, as described in the account section above.

Availability and support

Most videos are ready in about 15 minutes; times vary and are not guaranteed. We email you the second it is done. Support is by email at hello@scenella.com and a person replies, usually the same day.

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; we may need brief downtime for maintenance or updates, and we will try to schedule it outside peak hours when we can. We are not liable for delays or unavailability caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including an outage at a vendor we rely on to render or store your video. We keep a listing's photos and outputs for as long as your plan's retention period allows — twelve months on paid plans, ninety days on the free plan — and we email you before removing them. If you close your account, your content is deleted on the schedule described in the privacy policy.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every render will be free of faults, that a specific enhancement will be available for every photo, or that the service will meet the requirements of every MLS or portal you publish to — you remain responsible for checking a video against the rules of the place you publish it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scenella is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost listings, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing or plan giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
