Affiliate program terms

1. Who we are and what this is
Scenella is operated by Granviex LLC ("we", "us"). The Scenella Affiliate Program lets you earn a cash commission when people you refer become paying Scenella customers. By joining the program you accept these terms, in addition to the Scenella Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 and have a Scenella account in good standing.
2. Commission
You earn 30% of the amount a referred customer actually pays us, excluding sales tax, VAT and similar taxes, for 12 months starting from that customer's first paid purchase. The first purchase is included. For a yearly plan, the commission is paid in 12 equal monthly installments, and each installment is earned only while that plan is not refunded or disputed. After the 12 months end, no further commission is earned on that customer. This includes discounted first months: the commission on a first month is 30% of what the customer actually paid.
3. How referrals are credited
A referral is credited to you when someone signs up after clicking your link. We track your link for 60 days from the last click. If a person clicks more than one affiliate's link, the most recent click before signup wins. Once a signup is credited, the credit does not change. If a visitor blocks or declines tracking, we may still credit a signup made directly from your link, but we cannot guarantee credit in every case, and our records decide whether a referral is credited.
4. Getting paid
Each commission is held for 30 days after the purchase to cover refunds and disputes. We pay once a month by PayPal or Wise to the details you give us. We pay a balance once it reaches USD 50, EUR 50, CAD 50 or GBP 40; smaller balances carry over. Before your first payout you must send us a completed W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN (non-US persons); we will not pay until we have it. We review your first payout by hand. That review can result in payment, a request for more information (payment waits until you answer), or withholding of specific commissions that break these terms, with the reason given to you by email. Payment fees charged by PayPal or Wise, and currency conversion, are yours.
5. Taxes
You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner. Commissions are business income to you. You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations and, where your law requires it, invoicing. We may report payments to tax authorities where the law requires it.
6. Refunds and disputes
If a referred purchase is refunded, its commission is removed; if already paid, we deduct it from your future payouts. The same applies if a payment dispute (chargeback) is decided against us. While a dispute is open, the related commission is held. A dispute decided in our favor does not affect your commission.
7. Self-referrals and fraud
You may not earn a commission on your own purchases or on accounts you or your household or company control, and you may not create accounts to generate commissions. We use technical signals such as device and payment method to detect this. Commissions from self-referrals, fake or incentivized signups, stolen payment methods or any other fraud are not earned, and we may reverse them.
8. Disclose that you earn a commission
Whenever you share your link, you must clearly say that you earn a commission, close to the link, in words your audience will see before they click. For example: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission and by similar rules in other countries. You are responsible for your own compliance.
9. How you may promote Scenella
You may not send unsolicited email, text messages or direct messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or otherwise break anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada and the ePrivacy rules in the EU and UK). You may not bid on "Scenella" or close variants in search ads, use our logo or name in a way that suggests you are Scenella, or make claims about Scenella's features, results, prices or discounts that are not on our website. You may not promote Scenella on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content.
10. Suspension and termination
You may leave the program at any time by emailing hello@scenella.com. We may suspend or end your participation, or end the program, at any time with notice by email. If we end your participation for breaking these terms, commissions tied to the breach are forfeited. Otherwise, commissions already earned and past their 30-day hold are paid under section 4, including a final balance below the minimum if it is at least USD 10 or equivalent. If you delete your Scenella account, any unpaid balance is forfeited unless a payout is already in progress.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For a material change we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing in the program after that means you accept the change; if you do not agree, you may leave before it takes effect and keep commissions already earned.
12. No guarantees and limits
The program is provided as is. We do not guarantee any level of earnings. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions owed to you and unpaid.
13. Your data
We process your account, payout and tax details to run the program, as described in our Privacy Policy. Referral and commission records are kept as financial records.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
