What we change. What we never change.

Scenella uses AI to turn listing photos into video and to improve how those photos look. Here is exactly what that means, in plain language, so you can answer any buyer, seller or regulator who asks.

We may:

  • Adjust light, exposure and color.
  • Replace a grey sky with a clear one, or show the home at dusk.
  • Add furniture and decor to empty rooms (virtual staging), always labeled.
  • Remove clutter and personal items.
  • Move a virtual camera through the photo to create motion.

We never:

  • Add, remove or resize walls, windows, doors, rooms or square footage.
  • Hide damage: cracks, stains, water marks, wear.
  • Change the view from a window.
  • Add landscaping to exterior photos.
  • Remove another company's watermark, unless you confirm you hold the rights to the listing's photos, including any you add later, and ask us to.

carries a visible AI-enhanced label
keeps the original photos archived and downloadable
lists which enhancements were used
links every AI-altered Campaign image to its unaltered original
