What a property video costs in the UK.

Published UK walkthrough prices start around GBP 150 as an add-on to a photo shoot and GBP 260 or more standalone, and reach GBP 600 and above for showcase work. AI video software is priced very differently. This guide gives each figure with its source, date and limits.

All figures were checked on 17 October 2026, unless another date is shown. Prices change often.

The short answer

There is no UK average for a property video, and we do not give one. We found no sampled, dated dataset for the UK. What we have is two named suppliers' own price lists and each AI tool's pricing page.

Filmed walkthroughs

Two UK suppliers publish prices for estate agents. Both are single suppliers, and neither states whether VAT is included.

Clyde Digital (Glasgow). Source: property video prices.

  • Basic Property Walkthrough Video: from GBP 260. A stabilised HD tour of up to 120 seconds, up to 60 minutes on site, delivered in 48 hours.
  • Creative video: from GBP 320, up to 90 seconds.
  • Property Showcase Video: from GBP 600, up to 3 hours on site, with dolly, slider and timelapse.
  • A video and photography offer at GBP 420 in total (the video plus up to 20 photos). Branded intro and end graphics are GBP 80.

Property Photo Guy. Source: property video. A video walkthrough is GBP 150 when added to a photography booking. A standalone video "depends on property size", by bespoke quote. Typical length is 60 seconds to 3 minutes, and it adds about 30 to 45 minutes to a photography session.

Other UK price pages exist, but we found them to be lead-generation pages and left them out. A 2020 post from one videographer put an entry video from GBP 220. We cite it only as corroboration, because it is six years old.

What changes the price

  • Property size and time on site. Clyde Digital prices by time on site and by how much equipment the job needs.
  • Add-on or standalone. The two suppliers above show the gap: GBP 150 as an add-on, GBP 260 or more on its own.
  • Style. Dolly, slider and timelapse work sits in the showcase tier.
  • Branding. Intro and end graphics are an extra at one supplier.
  • Where you are. Both prices come from single suppliers. A supplier in your area may charge differently.

AI video software, vendor by vendor

We list each vendor with its billing basis. There is no honest single range, because a "video" is a different thing at each vendor. Data comes from each company's own public pricing page, read on 15 October 2026, except where shown. All of it is priced in US dollars. We compared published pricing. We did not test their output.

VendorWhat it publishesBilling basis
VideoTour.aiUSD 29, 59 and 99 a month for 10, 40 and 200 videos, which works out at USD 2.90, 1.47 and 0.49 per video on the cardMonthly. Default motion only. AI-generated camera motion costs extra credits
AutoReelYearly plans of USD 18, 11 and 10 per video on the card. Quarterly plans of USD 25, 16 and 13Per video, by plan. Billed yearly or quarterly. Promotions were visible
Reel-EUSD 59, 129 and 599 a month for 3, 10 and 50 listingsPer listing, monthly. USD 44, 97 and 449 a month billed annually
AmplifilesFrom USD 1.50 per image, with a 7-image video listed at USD 10.50Per image, pay as you go
SnapprStarts at USD 50 per videoPer video, page dated 8 June 2026

Sources: VideoTour.ai pricing, AutoReel pricing, Reel-E pricing, Amplifiles pricing and Snappr. Pages are geo-priced and promotions change them, so what you see in the UK may differ.

From the table, the honest range is from under one dollar to about fifty dollars per video, depending on the vendor and what the video includes. We do not convert it to pounds, because the exchange rate and tax change the result.

Scenella's price per listing

One Scenella listing is one walkthrough tour of 5, 10 or 15 photos plus the Listing Kit: the video in 16:9 and 9:16, room reels, a carousel, a cover, captions, a description and a share page. Plans are billed monthly, and a yearly option is cheaper. Scenella's GBP prices include VAT. These rows are read straight from our pricing page, so they stay current:

AI-enhanced
A 10-photo listing, made with Scenella. Address and price are fictional.

The output is an AI-enhanced walkthrough made from your photos, labelled as such. It is a different product from a filmed video, not a cheaper copy of one.

How to compare fairly

  1. Compare per listing. Divide a plan by the listings or videos it includes, and check what one unit is.
  2. Check what is included. Does the price cover both formats, captions, a voiceover, extra edits?
  3. Check VAT. Scenella's GBP prices include it. Both suppliers above state nothing, so compare them as "VAT not stated", not as like for like.
  4. Check the billing basis. Monthly, quarterly and yearly prices are not the same number.
  5. Compare the job. A filmed walkthrough shows motion in real space. A tour made from photos moves a virtual camera through stills. They answer different needs.

We do not give a savings percentage. The figures above come from different sources and bases.

When a videographer is still the right call

Choose a filmed video when you need real motion in the space, an agent on camera, drone footage or a showcase film for a high-value property. Choose a tour made from photos when you already have good photos, you want a video for every listing in minutes and you also need the 9:16 cut and the posts.

Many agents use both. Film the property that deserves it. Make a tour from photos for the rest.

How thin this data is

Be sceptical of every figure here, ours included.

  • The UK filmed figures come from two named suppliers, and neither states its VAT position.
  • We have no sampled UK dataset, so we give no average.
  • Software prices are published plan prices and are not what every customer pays. Promotions, geography and billing period change them.
  • Some earlier UK figures we had seen could not be confirmed today, so we left them out.

If you see a single "average" for a UK property video elsewhere, ask what it was computed from.
